What to do and see in Ragusa and Ibla
We will accompany you in the wonderful world of
ricotta ravioli
and
cavati with pork sauce
, two typical Ragusan dishes.
First of all, the dough is made with flour from an ancient stone mill that grinds ancient grains such as
Russello
and
Tumminia
.
Then the ricotta purchased from a "
massaro
" is prepared and will be used to fill the ravioli.
Then the sauce is prepared with pork, bred in farms in the area.
At the end the dough is stretched to start making cavati and ravioli.
Lunch or dinner accompanied by our dishes with Caciocavallo DOP, with fresh local provola and excellent local wine.
You will prepare them yourself !!!
It starts at 10:00 and ends after lunch at around 15:00.
Price: € 40.00 per person, all inclusive.
