Rules of the structure
Upon arrival at the hotel, the identity documents (Passport, Identity Card) required for the registrations required by current legislation must be delivered.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the structure, both inside the rooms and inside the common staircase. The observance of this simple rule arises from the need to protect those who do not smoke or who will come after you, as well as a standard for the prevention of fires. For the violations ascertained, it will proceed to the rule of law.
The customer who for improper use, negligence or negligence will damage the structure, its equipment or objects in use, will be charged the amounts necessary for repairs, replacements and cleaning of the case. Any damage must be declared and refunded immediately to the manager of the structure. All charges in case of customer default will be made directly using the credit card details provided by the customer at the time of booking (Articles 1590.1591.1804). For the abductions ascertained it will proceed to the Law. In case of loss of the keys the guests are obliged to reimburse the same.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00. It will be appreciated a communication from you that concerns the arrival time and any delays.
Check-out is expected no later than 10:00 am to allow the employees to clean.
Room cleaning and change of sheets and towels is done at the end of the stay; in case of a stay longer than four days, towels will be changed every four days.
Guests will have the keys of the structure, and will be able to go out and return as they like.
Pets are allowed at a cost of € 5.00 per day + € 5.00 for cleaning at the end of the stay. A deposit of € 50.00 will be requested, which will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage is found. In any case, the property must be notified at the time of booking in the event of the presence of pets. We reserve the right not to accept the request.
The structure declines all responsibility for loss, theft and / or damage to objects of your property left in the rooms and for any damage to people, animals or things to and from third parties.
It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and additional guests other than those staying there.
It is recommended a correct and civil use of the toilets, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet, remembering that there are the appropriate bins. Furthermore, it is recommended to switch off the lights and air conditioners every time you leave the room. Systematically close windows when heating or air conditioning is in use and maintain a reasonable temperature in the room. Do not leave the connected battery chargers when not in use.
We do not answer any disruption due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection not dependent on our will.
